It’s located in the middle of a forest with venerable chestnut trees. The hut is 720m above sea level and 7 km of paved road away from the town stadium in Petrich. It was built in 1975 but then renovated with new windows and external insulation. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, hot water, central heating and TV. It’s open for visitors all year round. Some traditional celebrations are- Parva Prolet( the first sping day), Tsvetnitsa( Palm Sunday), Chestnut night
